A Family Tradition
Founded as Nansemond Lawn and Garden in 1983 by owner and President Wayne Mansfield as a family owned and operated lawn and landscape business. Vice President Blake Mansfield has been involved in the business his whole life and in 2003 decided to venture out and start his own division of the business, Nansemond Clearing Contractors with the goal to provide clearing and small site projects to a demanding customer base. Since 2003 the company has evolved into a turn key site development company with the ability to perform all civil aspects of construction
